
Your Satisfaction with our service and products is very important to us and we realise that you occasionally want to return or exchange your purchases.
Before you return any items we would like to be informed by email at info@tiptopshoes-uk.com or by telephone on 01992 444122.
We will be pleased to refund unworn or unmarked goods accompanied by the purchased unvoice with in 7 working days of the date you received the goods. ie the date that appears on the tracking slip provided by the delivery courier.
In accordance with your rights we will be pleased to exchange or refund where goods are found to be defective.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind, or if the goods have been damaged after purchase.
We will not refund the cost of postage and packaging, and you will be responsible for the expense of the goods, unless the goods are defective.

If you are returning the goods by post, please note that we cannot be held liable if the goods are lost or damaged in transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you return the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and or provides a recorded delivery service.
Returns will be processed immediatley once we receive the goods, and the refund should take 2 to 3 working days to reach your account.
